Bumpy toenail surface

WebWondering if this on my toe is fungus or an injury. I don’t remember injuring the nail but that doesn’t mean I didn’t. It’s been here about a month or two and the skin around the nail bed is slightly sore. I can’t really tell yet if it’s growing out or not. The surface is bumpy and some parts have a slight yellow tinge. Thanks!
